As Palcouk has pointed out, there has NEVER been a legitimate Office one-time payment license that allowed install on 5 computers. Or, another way these illegally resold keys work is that the people who sold the key to you also gave you an email account you all have to use install and activate the license. It cannot be resold to anyone else. Sorry, bottom line, bad news. I strongly suspect you won’t be able to move the license to the new computer. In the future, as more of you can no longer use the keys you may want to consider switching to Microsoft Office Family.

Or, you could ask around your friends and family to find out if anyone has. A neighbour told me a couple of years ago, that he had ordered on-line a 5-user licence by a software?

With this information proessional couple of other neighbours and I decided also to buy such a licence by the same company. Meanwhile my neighbour with the first 5-user licence told me, that he got a complete install of Office and not the possibility to choose which parts Word, Excel must be installed. So, I have used this tool to make sets for each neighbour and also for myself. I have got the account of my neighbour, who did the order, but we have Dutch W10, so all information at screens is in Dutch.

A violation of licence terms and conditions is not that straight forward.
